These Terms & Conditions apply to Green ESS promotional offers for eligible customers who purchase and install selected new Green ESS home battery systems.

1. Virtual Battery Offer

Eligible customers who purchase and install a new eligible GreenVolt Pro system from Green ESS may receive access to a Fig Energy Virtual Battery benefit of up to 25kWh/day.

The available Virtual Battery benefit amount is determined by Green ESS based on the purchased GreenVolt Pro battery capacity. The benefit amount may match the installed GreenVolt Pro battery capacity, capped at a maximum of 25kWh/day.

Examples:

• 15kWh GreenVolt Pro system: up to 15kWh/day Virtual Battery benefit

• 20kWh GreenVolt Pro system: up to 20kWh/day Virtual Battery benefit

• 25kWh GreenVolt Pro system: up to 25kWh/day Virtual Battery benefit

• 30kWh GreenVolt Pro system: up to 25kWh/day Virtual Battery benefit

• 40kWh GreenVolt Pro system: up to 25kWh/day Virtual Battery benefit

The Virtual Battery benefit is provided through Fig Energy and is subject to Fig Energy’s applicable plan terms, billing rules and account conditions.

2. GreenVolt Energy Offer

Eligible customers who purchase and install a new eligible GreenVolt or GreenVolt Pro system from Green ESS may receive a Fig Energy credit of up to $2,000.

The available Fig Energy credit amount is determined by Green ESS based on the selected inverter size and battery capacity, as shown below:

The maximum Fig Energy credit is capped at $2,000.

The Fig Energy credit is provided through Fig Energy and is subject to Fig Energy’s applicable plan terms, billing rules and account conditions.

3. General Eligibility

To be eligible for either offer, customers must:

• purchase and install a new eligible Green ESS home battery system from Green ESS

• meet Green ESS installation and technical requirements

• have solar PV installed, or install solar PV together with the new system through Green ESS

• be located in an eligible service area

• join a qualifying Fig Energy plan where required

• receive final approval from Green ESS and Fig Energy

4. Fig Energy Terms

The Virtual Battery benefit and Fig Energy credit are provided through Fig Energy and are subject to Fig Energy’s applicable plan terms, billing rules and account conditions, including how the benefit or credit is applied, displayed and used.
