Yes. Solar PV is required for this offer. You must either already have solar PV installed at the property, or install solar PV together with your new GreenVolt Pro system. Final eligibility is subject to Fig Energy plan approval and applicable offer terms.

Yes. You must sign up to a qualifying Fig Energy electricity plan that supports the Virtual Battery offer. Fig Energy provides the electricity plan, rates, billing, eligibility assessment and benefit calculation.

No. Virtual Battery is not an additional physical battery installed at your home. It is a Fig Energy benefit made available through a qualifying Fig Energy plan for eligible GreenVolt Pro customers. The benefit is defined, provided, calculated and applied by Fig Energy under its applicable plan terms.

Eligible GreenVolt Pro customers with solar PV may access a Fig Energy Virtual Battery benefit through a qualifying Fig Energy plan, with up to 25kWh of daily electricity for free. The Virtual Battery benefit is subject to Fig Energy’s applicable plan terms. Whether the benefit applies to usage charges, supply charges, fixed charges, fees, add-ons or other charges is determined by Fig Energy under the applicable plan terms.

The Virtual Battery benefit starts only after your GreenVolt Pro installation is completed, your qualifying Fig Energy plan is approved and activated, and Fig Energy confirms the benefit start date under its applicable plan terms.

Not always. The Virtual Battery benefit depends on your installed GreenVolt Pro battery capacity, Fig Energy eligibility approval and applicable plan terms. As a general guide, the benefit may match the installed battery capacity up to a maximum of 25kWh per day.

No. Virtual Battery is not a government rebate, subsidy, STC or other government incentive. It is a commercial offer connected to eligible GreenVolt Pro installation and a qualifying Fig Energy plan. Electricity plan terms, rates, billing and benefit calculation are provided and determined by Fig Energy.

If Fig Energy determines that the property cannot be connected, or is otherwise unsuitable for a qualifying Fig Energy Virtual Battery plan, the Virtual Battery benefit will not apply.
