Virtual Battery is a new offer from Green ESS and Fig Energy designed to help eligible customers unlock more value from a new GreenVolt Pro system.
Depending on your installed battery size, eligible customers may receive up to 25 kWh of daily electricity allowance through Fig Energy, subject to eligibility, availability, and full program terms.

How Virtual Battery works
When you install a new GreenVolt Pro system and meet the offer requirements, Green ESS will fund a daily electricity allowance for eligible customers through Fig Energy.

Common questions about Virtual Battery
Yes. You must either already have solar PV installed at the property, or install solar PV together with your new GreenVolt Pro system through Green ESS.
Yes. You must sign up to a qualifying Fig Energy electricity plan that is marked as supporting Virtual Battery.
The Virtual Battery benefit starts only after your GreenVolt Pro installation is completed, Fig Energy confirms grid connection, and your first billing day begins under the qualifying Fig Energy plan.
The daily allowance resets each calendar day. Unused allowance expires at midnight and cannot be rolled over.
Not always. The allowance depends on the size of your installed GreenVolt Pro battery, up to a maximum of 25 kWh per day.
No. Virtual Battery is a promotional commercial offer provided by Green ESS in partnership with Fig Energy. It is separate from any government rebate, subsidy, STC, or other government incentive.
If Fig Energy determines that the property cannot be connected, or is otherwise unsuitable for an eligible Fig Energy Virtual Battery plan, the Virtual Battery benefit will not apply.
Customers with a registered life support machine should contact Fig Energy before applying. Special conditions may apply. This offer does not affect any protections available under applicable energy laws and regulations.
